Happy Birthday, Cooper!

Baby Cooper is one!  And what a doll baby!  I've photographed him a couple times during his first year, and he is always such a joy.  Always full of big smiles, and so laid back. 

I love all the shots that we got...

It was the hottest day of the year - 100 degrees!  But little Cooper was quite the trooper!  :)

And of course, we had to do some fun cake shots!  Check out this amazing cake by Sue from Cakes and Creations!  As always, she did an amazing job.  And Cooper did a great job destroying it!

Ashlynn & Adison

I photographed this sweet family recently at their home in the country.  And what a GREAT location for pictures!  It was so fun photographing the kiddos in their own "space".  It was a crazy-hot day, and the mosquitos were eating us up, but we managed to get some amazing shots!  :)

Chandler

Can't believe that Miss Chandler is growing up so fast!  I've been photographing this little peanut since she was a newborn, and I always love our time together.  This time, her mom and dad brought her for a mini-session, because they said that they always have way too many good pictures to choose from...  :)  And I say, if you have a little girl as adorable as Chandler, you can't help but have too many great shots!

What a smile!

You can tell this little princess lives out in the country.  :)  Most kids her age are so scared of the grass, but she was running and playing in it like crazy! 

And now we have an "urban baby".  Cutie-patootie! 

Thanks, Angie and Shane, for bringing Chandler back to Sidney for some summer pictures!  She is just as precious as always.  Love that girl!! 

it's a beautiful life...

What a great family!  I've had the honor of photographing all three of these kiddos since they were newborns - what fun it has been to watch this family grow throughout the past six years...  On this particular afternoon, the kids were all in the mood to do their own thing.  We just laughed and went with it, and I love the family shots that we got.  Very "real life" - love it!

And when they look back on these pictures years from now, I'm sure they will be able to recall how crazy life was with three small children.  And how even though some days aren't pretty - it's still a beautiful life.  :)

Mia, Tess and Jane

I can't tell you how excited I was for this session!  I just LOVE all three of these little girls, and I was beyond ecstatic to have them together for a "grandkids" session.  And even though I had help from two grandmas (thanks, Kathy and Nancy!),  it was still quite a crazy morning.  :)  But what fun!

I am convinced that this is the sweet little look that Tess will give her daddy when she wants to borrow the car keys in about 15 years...  That smile just melts me!

And here's baby Jane!  What a trooper to put up with all of our shenanigans! 

Miss Mia - who could talk of nothing but getting to play with my girls later!  :)  Hey, it was good bribery for getting her to smile for me.  And the girls had a great playdate all afternoon... 

And one more of sweet Tess - I just can't get enough of this little pumpkin.  She has stolen my heart!
