Gorgeous Family of Girls!

What a beautiful family!  I had the pleasure of photographing this special family on Mother's Day this year - it was an amazingly beautiful spring day, and I was so excited to be able to capture these all-too-important memories for them.  They came from a combination of Laramie, Wyoming and Denver, Colorado for this session with their mom, and it was an honor to be a part of these precious memories for this family.  

So many favorites - they are all so beautiful and SO easy to photograph!

Fun * Fort * Family

 

What a fun family session that I had with the Forts.  Their oldest, Juliah, moved to Minnesota just 3 days after we took these photos, so it was so important to get these family memories captured before she left.  And we couldn't have asked for a more beautiful evening to shoot in.  I think all the stars were aligned to make this family session "extra-special".  :)

Giana, Enzo & Family!

What a beautiful family...  I feel so blessed that I get to capture such important family memories for so many families.  And this family was SUCH a treat to work with!  Sue contacted me to photograph her family - especially her sweet grandchildren, Giana and Enzo.  It was quite a chilly morning, but we toughed it out and got some great outdoor photos.

Heather & Mark

What a gorgeous couple!  And they were so much fun to work with too!  I just can't get enough of Heather and Mark - their engagement photos turned out amazing - and I am so excited to share them with you.  (How could they NOT turn out great - check out how beautiful they both are...)

 

And of course, their puppies had to get in a photo as well!

Baby Layne

Oh, what a doll baby!  Little Layne came all the way from Wilcox, Nebraska for her newborn photos, and I couldn't have been more excited to meet this tiny bundle.  And talk about a perfect session!  Layne was a dream to work with, as were the rest of her family.  I have SO many new favorites.  *squeal*  Just SO excited about this little one and her portraits!

I had to get a little practice in for sibling photos, since I'll be doing it very soon with my own three (yikes)!  Here is Baby Layne with Tucker and Linden.

*yawn*  Doesn't this photo look so peaceful?  I'm sure in real life, their mom would say life with 3 is not quite so calm, but we can pretend, right?

 

Baby Layne's nursery is decorated in "vintage circus", so we had to get a great elephant shot for her wall!

Can't resist that precious newborn smile!  Love!

Hannant Family

What a difference two days makes!  We had scheduled this family's session several months back, and on the day of their session, it was blowing 50+ mph!  Thank goodness they were flexible, and we waited 2 days and tried again.   And the weather was absolutely perfect - sunny and no wind!  :)

This family gathered from all over for this session - grandma and grandpa are missionaries in Mexico, home for just a quick visit; one family lives in Oregon; and the other lives in Sidney!  I was so glad that I could capture these special memories for them while they were all together for such a short time.

Corbin & Talee

We have been planning this session for months!  And wouldn't you know it, the wind was blowing 50+ miles per hour on the day we had scheduled for pictures...  Ugh - gotta love that Nebraska weather!  We changed our plans to a studio session instead of the outdoor springtime pics we had planned - and kept rolling!  I hadn't seen Corbin in over a year, and I'd never met Miss Talee.  And I always love photographing this family!!

Baby Avery

What a truly beautiful baby boy!  Sheer perfection from head to toe...  Baby Avery came to see me at three weeks old, and was just a dream to photograph.   

He is just perfectly perfect!  Check out this little dreamboat...

Baby Asher

Last week, I had the privelege of traveling to McCook, Nebraska to photograph an itty bitty new client - Mr. Asher.  And what a sweetheart he was!  I've been taking this family's photographs since Asher's big sister, Carrington, was a newborn herself.  They are such a wonderful family, and it was so much fun seeing them in their new home, with their new baby boy!  

I have several to share from this home newborn shoot...  Lots of new favorites!

Ethan

What a cutie!  I met Ethan and his family last December, and I was so excited to get him back in front of my camera, one-on-one this time!  He was a hoot to photograph - he really knew how to work it!  I have so many that I love - but here are a few...
